Lithuania has a FIT program defined by law, the Law on Electricity, No. IX-884, 16 May 2002. (English).
In Lithuania, all sources of renewable energy for the generation of electricity except for geothermal power are eligible for feed-in tariff. The electricity generator is entitled against the grid operator to the payment of the electricity fed in until the annual maximum volume of the technology is reached. The feed-in tariffs and the eligible maximum capacity for the different sources of renewables are:

The tariffs are guaranteed for 11 years.
