The development of the PACT site involved about 25 people based around the world - in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America. The main content was written by a combination of 6 lawyers, 2 feed-in tariff experts and 7 interns. This was reviewed by some of the leading experts in the field, and transformed into a functioning website by a team of more than 10 people.
