Hawaii State Representative Scott Saiki introduced a bill creating a
feed-in tariff for Solar Energy on January 24, 2007 (HB 1748). It was
referred to the Energy and Environmental Protection Committee on January
26, and carried over to the 2008 regular session on August 27, 2007.
